Whether we’re starting from scratch, or melting down and redesigning old pieces you no longer wear, we think making jewellery is fun!
Here’s our process.

STEP 1: INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION

In our initial design consultation, we’ll discuss your vision for your custom piece. We’ll listen and take notes on all the things you want, as well as what you don’t. We’ll set a budget and answer any questions you have about the process.

STEP 2: DESIGN, RENDER & REVIEW

With pen and paper, we’ll set to work imagining the perfect piece to reflect your unique style and story. Using the latest technology, we’ll create digital renders that allow you to see your masterpiece before it’s brought to life. You’ll see every facet and nuance of your design, which will help you to ensure your vision is flawlessly captured. Still not sure? We can even have a 3D resin model of your piece printed so you can try it on. If it’s not quite right, now’s the time to let us know so we can fine-tune the design.

If your design includes new stones, we’ll hand-select a range for you to view from our gemstone specialists.  

STEP 3: APPROVAL AND CRAFTING

With your approval, our jewellers will begin crafting your special piece! Once it’s finished, we’ll arrange a final consultation for the big reveal. You’ll also leave with a certificate of authenticity including all the details of your piece for insurance purposes.
